During her Studies of Biology at University of Zurich, Sarah specialized on the functionality of ecosystems. After a detour to applied landscape management, she is now, as a doctoral student, researching uncertainties in forest landscape models regarding the influence of climate change and natural disturbances with a special focus on bark beetle dynamics.
