Welcome, Olalla Díaz Yáñez!

Olalla is coming from the University of Eastern Finland where she did a postdoc and obtained her PhD. Previously she has been working on landscape and stand level forest dynamics, related to natural disturbances and the provision of ecosystem services. Now she is joining the new SNF project “Embracing structural uncertainty in models of forest dynamics” where she will work with issues related to landscape level dynamics and disturbances with a focus on bark beetles.
